Other than how we actually first started talking, I want to talk about the night that started it all. It all began on Saturday August 18, 2007. Darlene and I had planned an evening out together for the first time. We wanted to get to know each other a bit more before anything would move forward. Darlene met me at my place and we sat and talked about anything, yes anything that came up. This is how easy it was to talk to one another, even on the first night. There was never an awkward moment. We talked about everything from my high school experiences to her family and upbringing. We talked for about an hour and then began what I recall as the most memorable night ever. We danced the night away. I still believe that when I think back to that dance floor, Darlene and I were the only ones out there. That is how it felt and that is how it still feels. Until this day we do indeed dance like nobody is there, like nobody is watching, that everything around us is moving slowly. And it all began on that wonderful night.

The ceremony of both our dreams come true, and a marriage that was meant to be will take place on September 19, 2009 at St. Johns Catholic Church in Seymour, WI. The ceremony will reaffirm our beliefs in the sacrament of marriage which unites us for always.

The elegant reception will be held at the Holiday Inn Select Ballroom in Appleton, WI. Please join us after the ceremony for a social at 4:30pm and dinner at 5:30pm with dancing the night away beginning at 8:00pm.

Darlene and I are truly blessed to have each other. Just as importantly, we will be truly blessed to have each and every one of you join us on our special day. We look forward to having you all celebrate with us!
